Hi, fellow members.

My name is Sallie Gowland and I have taken over from Becky as Club Secretary. I am married to Dave, who is a retired engineer and is on the Show Committee. We live in the High Peak area of Derbyshire, 10 miles from Stockport in the hills. We have two Northern Inuits. Tasha, who is five in April and her son Bru (Storm) who is just two.We have been TIDA members since just after it started and are pleased to be part of a group of like minded people who think the NI are the best dog in the world and want to improve it’s standing in the dog world. We visit lots of TIDA open days and camping weekend dog shows (we even bought a caravan to do it) and have won quite a few rosettes. Both our dogs have achieved the KC bronze good citizen award. We have been elected to the committee to help promote the ideal’s of TIDA. We find that one if the best ways is at the dog shows where we are able to meet up with fellow members and NI dog owners to  show off our dogs, socialise, have a BBQ and generally have a good time. We are expected and in turn expect other members to show willing and attend, so next year we will no doubt be there to meet up, talk and enjoy.. so hopefully.. see you there.

Sal
